JinkoSolar to supply 522 MW of modules for solar projects in Brazil

JinkoSolar Holding, a China-based manufacturer of solar panels, has secured a cell module contract through Jinko Solar for supply to the Santa Luzia Complex. The contract is with Rio Alto for the supply of about 522 MW of cell modules. According to the agreement, Jinko Solar will provide Tiger Neo 78 Cell modules for the early phase of the solar project.

JinkoSolar plans a 7 GW ingot and wafer facility in Vietnam

Jinko Solar Limited has decided to invest $500 million in Vietnam’s Qung Ninh Province to establish a monocrystalline ingot and wafer production facility. The project is expected to have a 7 GW annual capacity. This project obtained local government clearance in early 2021 and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2022.
