NextEnergy Capital sells 149 MW of its solar portfolio in Italy

NextEnergy Capital, a London-based solar investor, has announced the sale of NextPower II (Fundfull)’s portfolio of operating solar projects in Italy. The portfolio of the Fund includes 105 solar plants with a total installed capacity of 149 MW. It has plants in Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Tuscany, Puglia, Sardinia, Calabria, Campania, March, Molise, Abruzzo, and Emilia-Romagna, among other places.

Fortum to sell 500 MW of its Indian solar assets to Actis

Fortum has decided to divest 500 MW of solar projects in India and has signed an agreement with the global infrastructure investment firm Actis for the same. As part of the agreement, Actis will receive ownership of the 250 MW Pavagada II and the 250 MW Rajasthan solar power plants.
