Apple accelerates its carbon neutrality plans with more supplier commitments for clean energy

Apple has revealed that the company has more than doubled the number of suppliers committed to using 100 percent clean energy over the last year, speeding up progress toward its ambitious 2030 target of becoming carbon neutral across its supply chain and products. In total, 175 Apple suppliers will switch to renewable energy, resulting in the business and its suppliers bringing more than 9 GW of clean energy online throughout the world.
