Repsol to buy 250 MW renewable portfolio in Spain

Repsol, a Spanish energy company, has agreed to buy ABO Wind’s 250 MW portfolio of renewable energy sources in Spain. The Palencia-based portfolio consists of two solar projects with a combined capacity of 100 MW and three wind farms with a combined capacity of 150 MW. ABO Wind will be responsible for developing these projects for Repsol under the terms of the deal. No financial details of the deal have been disclosed.

ABO Wind sells 514.6 MW Buffalo Plains wind project in Canada

ABO Wind, a German renewable energy developer, has sold the Buffalo Plains Wind Farm project rights in Alberta, Canada, to an undisclosed investor. The 514.6 MW wind farm will be turned over to the investor once it is ready to be built. On a 17,500-acre plot of land, the Buffalo Plains Wind Farm will be constructed.
