EDF Renouvelables has launched a crowdfunding campaign for the 23MW Champ Gourleau wind farm, which is now under construction in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comte region of France

The campaign, which has a total value of €200,000, will allow residents in the area to participate in the project using the Lendosphere platform. Residents of Yonne and neighbouring departments can participate in the fundraiser until September 15th. The commissioning is expected to take place by the end of 2021.

Residents may participate in the local development of renewable energies while also benefiting financially from the initiative through crowdfunding. The wind farm near Champ Gourleau is the outcome of a close partnership between the region and EDF Renouvelables.
